All About IP no

Dear Users,

SELECTING YOUR IP NO

Enlisted here is the IP no that is allocated to each users according to their room.

In case u need to change your IP no, please contact your admin

*from time to time, this list will be updated
*in case you find out that your IP no is not included in this list.Please NOTIFY us by sending a message in the "comment section". This is important, since if we thought the IP no is free, we might register it to other user, and you will end up unable to connect to the internet

HOW TO KNOW WHAT IS YOUR IP NO?

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR IP NO?

For windows XP users:-

1. Click Start->Connect to-> Show all connections

2. Right click on ("Local Area Connection" -if you use wired connection) or ("Wireless Network Connection"-if you use wireless connection)

3. Select PROPERTIES

4. Select Internet Protocol TCP/IP -> Click PROPERTIES

5. You will see your IP address written as "192.168.3.xxx", where XXX is your own specific number, that should be listed above.

*When you want to change your IP no, you can pick any number that is NOT listed above, and fill it in the "XXX" space.

Please NOTIFY us about which no you have picked by sending a message in the "comment section". This is important, since if we thought the IP no is free, we might register it to other user, and you will end up unable to connect to the internet

For Windows VISTA users:-

1. Click Start-.> Connect to

2. Click "Open Network and Sharing Centre" (located at bottom) , a new window will appear

3. Click "Manage Network Connections" (located at the left-side panel), a new window will appear

4. Right click on ("Local Area Connection" -if you use wired connection) or ("Wireless Network Connection"-if you use wireless connection)
3. Select PROPERTIES, select CONTINUE
4. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) -> Click PROPERTIES
5. You will see your IP address written as "192.168.3.xxx", where XXX is your own specific number, that should be listed above.
